Light on only but no flames in window after 1 day – I FIXED ITEDIT: Someone answered my question “How do I fix flame not moving” by saying open the back & push in the plug. The “plug” they referred to is actually the end of a small bar that fell out if its hole. It resembles a rotating rotisserie rod, but about the size of a sucker (candy) stick. One end had fallen out of the end which had a plastic end. I put the stick back into it, pushed gently and now it works again. This stick has little foil pieces that turn around which creates the fake flames. I’m happy now.Garbage. Worked making a nice flame for ONE night. Now the flame does not move. Returning.

Great little heaterIt’s so cute! Keeps you toasty warm. I live in a small cottage in Florida, but even down here, the temperature sometimes gets down in the 30’s, on occasion. It’s perfect. So glad I purchased. I even havea speaker going to the sound of crackling flames. I would definitely buy again!!

Heats up and looks amazing This fireplace is the best. It got me through the end of winter and still looks brand new. For being so little it sure produces a lot of heat. I like that you can choose to have it as just an electric fireplace or you can choose to have it as a heater 2. The fireplace has 2 modes one with low flames and one with high flames. Amazing price. A must have in every home if not just for heat but also for a nice to look at fireplace

Stopped working within an hourThe flames quit working within the first hour of use. The motion of them just froze so there is no movement or flicker. I’ve ordered a replacement because I like the look and the size.

Great little fireplace.I purchased this because the house I have now doesn’t have a fireplace and no space to install one. This fits into my entertainment center under the TV and gives me the ambience of a fire. It has a heater but I don’t intend to use that feature so I can’t comment on that.So happy with this.

It’s a great small space heater.I give this a 3 star only because I wish it was bigger. Other than that it’s cute and it heats up pretty good. I’ve had it for about 6 months and still works great. Not for big spaces but good enough for a bedroom or any room in the house at a time.

OMG! This heater is adorable! It is so cute!The cat loves it. She has already parked herself in front of it!It has a fan, but it’s very quiet. Itputs out quite a bit of heat, even on low setting. I might even order another one.

Excellent for areas a full size won’t fit but you want the warmth and relaxation of a fireplaceI generally don’t use it for heating, I just wanted the fire effect for those times I was in the mood. However I did accidentally leave it on with the heat one night and it does provide good heat at 750 watts. At that setting I had no issues with the plug getting hot as is mentioned in some other reviews.The flames look very nice, the unit is quiet, well made and looks good. It fully meets my expectations.
