Incredible, but…..This kit is surprising at first, we’ll made sturdy parts, readable instructions and rocks that look like real rocks. Then when you put it together there are some issues. First one is the base bottom needs some sort of pad down there or the unit will scratch and Mar a wood/tile floor. I put furniture pads all along the bottom, that worked well. Then next once the flame unit is put in there are only screws to hold the bottom in tight, the top is loose and moves forward and aft. I had to devise a hold back block installed behind the unit to suck it in and hold it tight. Did the job well. This should come in the unit. The finally is that the unit is awesome looking and provides good heat. The drawback is that there is a remote, but no app on your phone to control/change the settings. For the price, it needs this upgrade to be a 5 star in my book.

Had to replace insertRock facing is solid, looks great. The predrilled holes were at least .5 inch off and I had to drill new holes to assemble it. The insert had to be replaced 3 times. Works now and was replaced without any issues other than wait time for the new inserts. It is beautiful and I have received many compliments on the looks of the fireplace. Amazon’s customer service was great through the entire process.

I like the look but the heat it puts off is a bit of a joke.I would say get a 220v fireplace, this has the same heat as a space heater with a much higher price tag.I do like the way the fire looks.

Has a great cottage country look!Goes together easily…adds a cozy look in our dining room, and also needed warmth! Quality stone fireplace surround and real wood mantel. We were disappointed that the firebox didn’t have a used-look brickwork facade that looked like it was a real firebox! Instead it has a black glass firebox and glass in front that is a distraction from the realistic flame because is reflects like a mirror.

Expensive, but worth it – every bit as good as propane, and better looking, for less $$$We have been debating what to do with the end wall in our living room for years. Propane, a bunch of expensive work, and heat we don’t need – or want – in the central area of our home, and expensive stonework…so we put it off.We found this fireplace and looked into it extensively. Looked good, reviews were decent….so we bought it.Delivered ahead of schedule by a few days, easy to put together, (but parts are heavy, don’t discount that) and it looks great.Long term is always a “wait and see” proposition, but so far, I have no problem recommending this for others, from this seller.

Awesome product!We love our new fireplace! Assembly of fireplace was so easy. However, the firebox was a little difficult to install. We figured it out, after a few bad words, and now it’s perfect! Highly recommend! Well worth the money!

Aesthetically very beautiful with a realistic flame.The fireplace is very substantial, but doesn’t overpower my space. It adds an architectural element and focal point to the room. Also the flame is very realistic and the heating fan is not noisy! If you want to add more ambience and a cosy feel to your room then I highly recommend it!

this fireplace unit is as beautiful as the image indicatesthis fireplace unit is as beautiful as the image indicates. It’s heavy but I’m 5’3″ and managed to get it in to my living room and carefully unpack it. Packing is superior and everything arrived in perfect shape. Set up was stress free and user friendly. I absolutely LOVE it and highly recommend this. It’s not cheap, but once in place, doesn’t look cheap!! You won’t be disappointed.
