Looks great and works great
I bought this a second time after I fell in love with the first one. It heats a large room and gets going as soon as it’s turned on. I also like the timer, the thermostat and faux flame controls on the remote. It’s an excellent unit at a nice price, and it looks good.

Great product but legs are not easy to get on.
All is good except that it took us a while to get the legs on. You need the perfect screwdriver that fits and is long enough to grip. But the product is awesome.

Bought a second unit
My husband and I like the first one we bought recently so much that we bought a second one for another room. In addition to doing a great job heating our rooms, we like that it has a remote control and digital readout so you can precisely set the temperature.

Heat Where we Need It!
I bought this electric fireplace after we moved into a two-story house, and it seemed like we could never get the bottom floor warm. We started off using the smaller model I’d bought for my office, but though this bigger one would heat better. It does, but not as much better as we thought it would. I like having the remote, and the thermostat control and timer are nice handy features. Just remember not to plug anything else into the outlet you use for this heater. My husband almost blew up our TV when he tried running it through the power strip he had the TV plugged into. I think he learned his lesson when he missed half a football game because of this miscalculation.

Happy With Purchase
This unit has an authentic look and feel. The glass sides really add a depth element when the light is on, and the heat output is good. Like the fact that you can control either manually directly on the unit or using the remote. The customer support is excellent as I had an issue with my unit while it was under warranty, and they responded quickly and in a satisfactory way. Would buy this again.

Perfect little space heater
I love this little heater. I set it to the temperature I want and the amount of time I want it to be on. I also can move it from room to room depending on where the extra heat is needed. I live in a very cold climate and really appreciate the extra heat source.

Cute little heater
I bought this for the look of flames without the fuss of a real fireplace. I will be installing a wood mantel to surround this little heater. The outside cabinet is plastic with the look of cast iron. The door doesn’t stay closed tight but is close enough. Like the remote control.
