Well packed, easy to use and operate! Comes with a power supply, remote and a little water pourer. Looks mesmerizing and is made very well.

I’m always skeptical of purchasing these things online but this diffuser is a gem. It’s super easy to use and fills the room with whatever scent you add to it. The lights really do make the mist look like flames. (What sorcery is this?) I have received many compliments on it. Spoiler: I’m buying several to give as gifts this Christmas.

Remote issue
The remote came with a battery however it has never worked. The picture shows the original and a spare battery i purchased. Inserted the spare battery and the control still fails to work. Very disappointed about this. The product works fine but the remote was one of the reasons I chose this product.

Perfect for a Halloween cauldron
Very easy to set up. If you fill water to the fill line it will literally run a full day. Used mine for Halloween and added marshmallow scent. It was perfect.

I’ve had this diffuser for a few weeks and so far so good. I was a little hesitant to buy it because it reminded me of a toaster but once I turned it on I forgot all about that because it looks so cool. I can smell the scent I put in it very well It’s a definite thumps up for me!!!
