nuisance factorThe E3 message keeps coming up after heating for a while and I have to unplug to re-set. I do what the manual suggests but it would be more of a hassle to disassemble to return.

Quality for the price Love the size and looks of the cabinet, and the heating unit is great. Instructions are marked clearly as are all the parts. Would recommend assistance for assembly or using bar clamps to assist. Do inspection on all parts before assembly, I had one damaged part but was able to fix cosmetic scratch. I would recommend this product.

If you are not handy with tools, don’t buy it.I’m a fairly good man for building things, but this thing took me two days to put it together. It comes in parts like you would get from Ikeia, but Ikeia makes furniture that is fairly well made and has good instructions. This thing had holes drilled in the wrong place and was very wobbly until you get all the components together. Fortunately I have a lot of tools and I know how to use them. Another observation is that the wood grain color is a verry thin plastic veneer that is surprisingly easy to scratch.

Beautiful & Well Made!I live in S FL and didn’t buy this for the heater but it works well when I tested it. It’s not too difficult to assemble but you need to carefully follow the instructions. It took 2 1/2 hours to assemble. It fit perfectly in my small space. It’s well made and really pretty and the price is very good! I just love the ambience of the faux flames! â¤ï¸

Beautiful but annoying assemblyThis fireplace is beautiful when all put together, but was extremely hard to assemble. There are no written directions only pictures and the pictures aren’t very specific so it was trial and error during assembly, which was slightly annoying and difficult and the wood is very fragile and will break easily if too much pressure is applied. Just a tip, skip the sticker part because if you end up putting it on wrong and want to re-center it, it will rip the wood coat off. Also came with a few chips in the wood. Other than that it blows great heat and the flame really is beautiful so all and all it is worth the buy.

Don’t know why I bought thisI just wanted something a little fancier for my front room. First off the picture is beautiful, so how hard could this be to put together. Heating/fireplace logs unit was I’m guessing 12-14 inches wide. Hmmm that’s kinda small but it will work. Assembly didn’t happen cuz once I started putting the base together the little plastic connectors snapped right off. Company was great during this fiasco. I should have been warned when I didn’t recognize the manufacturers name.
