    Doesn’t match the pictures!
    This arrived two days early, which is great! That’s the part I love about Amazon. But I bought this heater because Heat I and Heat II we’re shown as separate buttons. But the heater I received has them on the same button. Gah, not what I wanted!

    The heater put out a lot of heat. My issue were the flames. They are on the backside and barely visible.

    Really pleased. The only thing that would make this product better would be if it had a “crackle” sound option. Really love it for putting in an unusable fire place.

    Great value
    Great option to fill in FP with realistic look logs and flame. Better than expected forprice. Many options on remote forflame / logs and heat. I’m not using for heat, but did turn it on and it kicks off a lot. Remote is kinda cheaply made and would be careful not to drop etc. and it also need to be pointed a certain direct way to turn on/off. There are also buttons on the side of logs. Wanted for holidays as FP not used for a few years and am happy with purchase.

    This is a great product. Heating system is great. The flames are too dim for me. Overall good price, great quality, loved the control remote feature. Not what i needed for the space I have.
