Great product for a budget. Works well.Good product for the price. But you do get what you pay for. It’s a well working griddle but with a few noticeable shortcomings. Is NOT pre-seasoned but does come with clear instructions for new comers – It’s easy.Pros:It cooks well once you get a feel for the temp controls. It’s relatively light weight and easy to moveSet up was easy. There is a 2-3 inch or so strip at the front that is shielded from heat so you have a nice warming area to move food that is done but needs to stay warm while other things cook. The whole front is heat shielded so you are feeling the heat standing in front of it.Bottom doesn’t seem to get too hot so it should be safe to use on most surfaces. (I set it on a cheap plastic table for the first go)Cons:Burner knobs do not seem precise so dialing a temp and flame can be a bit annoying.Heat distribution seems a little spotty but that may be me still learning burner settings.Flat surface is not perfectly planed. There are slight rises and dips across the cooking surface – I only noticed this when dragging a cleaning blade to push grease, it is not visible to the eye and does not negatively impact cooking.Burners don’t flow perfect but well enough. May need to clean them before use if they are too rough.Overall if you’re on a budget I recommend it! Only cooked on it once – eggs, bacon, and burgers – but it worked well!

As good or better than more expensive brandsI was looking for a flat top for occasional use in rv. Works great for a great price and the bonus is the top is porcine and won’t rust in storage and cleans up easy.

The griddle was nice and cooking plate is very heave. Some people on this site may or may not know how to use griddles. This little 3 burner is the nicest griddle I have ever cooked on. Who ever said the drain hole is off center then maybe their eyes or not paying attention. The drain is right on spot and no issues at all. It’s easy to light and if you pay attention to the instructions and knotice that that once you light it you can turn it clock wise and lower the height of the flame on all 3 burners. I have no issues with burning any food. Thanks amazon it was a pleasure buying this nice griddle. For the complainers study your instructions before you give a bad review on something. Thanks Jeff P.

Worth the priceThis is our first griddle so I didn’t want to spend a lot until I decided we like this method of cooking. The Royal Gourmet 3 burner griddle has a lot to like but not perfect.Pros:PortableHeats up fast and hot (for those who say it doesn’t, you my have a propane source that’s already pressure reduced)Large enough surface areaCons:Uneven heat. Use a temperature gun to get a better handle on the hot spotsCertainly not non-stickGrease drain hole doesn’t line up when needing to level the unit (I added a small metal funnel)Overall, it’s worth the price of admission for us.

Fajitas are easy nowThis thing rocks, i use indoors despite warnings…..if a stove is ok why not this. Crack a window.Only takes a few minutes to get to 450 i did notice the outside burners heat faster so adjusted for even heat using an infrared thermometer.Simple to use and clean, only complaint is the drip tray is on the small side so keep an eye on it esp is you marinated.Love it , waiting on Mongolian seasoning and oils to do that but fajitas were so much easier and better then skillet

Very heavy!Excellent product. Well made with heavy ceramic cast iron cook top. Heat distribution and control of heat was an issue during my first use. I’m sure I’ll get better at it with practice. Had a small issue upon arrival, Customer Support had it completely resolved in less than 5 days. I’m happy with my purchase!

Works great but messy to clean up.This griddle works great and can hold a lot of food. We used our for tailgating and it was a hit! The only cons are that it is pretty heavy and the the clean up is messy.Tips: •Best if you have a legit griddle spatula so you can really scrape off the “crust” when you’re done.•You can buy a 1lb propane adapter if you don’t want to lug around the 20lb tank.•Make a mini funnel between the griddle top and the grease trap by using foil. That may there’s no splatter mess.

Great for campingI do a lot of grilling and Pancake cooking when camping and this does an awesome job. It has a quite thick, heavy non-stick surface and cleans up easily, a plus while camping.
