It’s Nice but…
I loved everything about this fireplace except the remote. Every time you press a button on the remote it makes a loud beep sound. I looked for ways to possibly mute the beeping sound but it appears that there is no way to stop it. Just kinda irritating that loud beeping as you scroll through the different setting options. Other than that I’m pleased. It looks good and has a lot of different rock , log,and flame color options

It really adds value to your home
We had done remodeling our house recently. Our wood fireplace was replaced by this electric fireplace. A cozy fire on the night is delight.This fireplace was packed very well and easy to install on the wall or recesses in the wall. It comes with crystals and logs to make flame more realistic. The unit integrates a heater too, just in case we need it at a cold night. We can control the heating temperature and capacity, change flame color, setup a time for heater, dimmer the background brightness and etc.It really increase the value of your home.

Fixing the Issue
The unit looks great. Initially, I received a unit that didn’t work correctly, but the seller was quick to respond and quick to send me a new one, as well as a return label for the original.

The fireplace is just what we wanted for a little supplemental heat and ambiance. The heat output is pretty standard (about as much as a blow dryer) for plug in models. The fan is relatively quiet. The remote does have a rather loud beep and has to be pointed directly at the unit, but works as expected. The install was straight forward but the bottom edge has no flange (designed for tabletop) so you need to be exact on measuring.The only thing I think I would wish this unit had was the ability to adjust the flame brightness. It is plenty bright enough without being obnoxious, but it might be nice to turn it down. Compared to other models I research I think this was the best choice at this price point and even pricier models since the colors have more options and a temperature setting.

Beautiful piece – 72″
It’s easy to change the flame and long color. Love the ambience it creates in the room. It’s not too loud which is a bonus. Only thing I wish is that it didn’t make the loud beep sound every time I change anything.

The flames look realistic.
We don’t use the heat, the remote beeps every time you push a button which is annoying but it works good.
