Amazing Healer
First of all, I will say their customer service is very nice. They not only always respond to my email soon, but also help me solve the problem very well. Both me and my wife bought the stove heater, but we only need one. In fact, I got very angry when I knew my wife also bought one, because I think it was a waste of money. I contacted the customer service right away and told them that I already bought a heater at their store. My wife bought another heater because she didn’t know I’ve already bought one. I quickly heard back from their customer service and that surprised me. I didn’t expect them to reply so soon. They gave me two solutions in the email. Me and my wife finally decided to take one of the solutions after a discussion. I decided to keep the two heaters since the temperature is getting colder and colder at night. In order to help my parents to sleep well at night, we decided to give one heater to my parents. Also, another problem we faced is that we are about to move. Due to the COVID-19, my friends around me are complaining that everything they bought on Amazon took so long to arrive, and sometimes they even receive damaged packages. I searched help from the customer service and asked them if they can deliver the products before I move. I received their reply at noon on the following day. They told me that there is a warehouse near my house and they already arranged my package will be sent to my house from this warehouse. It made me feel very intimate.Sure enough, I received these two packages before we moved, and they were well-packaged. There was no damage to the box. After I moved to the new house, I couldn’t wait to open one of the boxes. When I took the heater out, my first feeling was that the heater is very light, not as heavy as I thought, and it is almost a complete heater. All I need to do is to put four feet on the bottom and I only need a screwdriver to help me set up. The set up was very easy, and it only took me about five minutes. Then I turned on the heater, I was amazed as soon as the heater was turned on. I thought this was going to be a very ordinary flame, but what I didn’t expect was that this flame looks very vivid, just like a real flame. Moreover, all three sides of this stove are made of transparent glasses. You can see the realistic flame instead of being black like other stoves even if you were not standing in front of the stove. I think it is a really nice design. In addition to this, another design that really surprised me was that the switch is hidden. The switch is near the bottom of the stove. When you closed the two front glass doors, the doors will block the switch, and the switch will not affect the overall aesthetics of the stove. So I think it was a really detailed design. I decided to put this stove in our bedroom because I found the brightness of the flame is adjustable. So the heater won’t be too bright and will not affect me and my wife’s sleep. And if I want to go to the bathroom in midnight, I won’t stumble over anything else on the ground because of the light of the heater.Another very important reason is why I chose to put this stove in our bedroom instead of the living room. It is because the living room of our new home is very big, so putting this stove in the living room is not very effective. However, I can feel the heat very quickly, when I put this heater near my feet.I strongly recommend purchasing this product. I think this stove heater is the best product in this price range. My parents also said that this heater is very good. Although it cannot heat up a large space, but its heating ability can be well reflected in a small room

Very Little Flames
A bit disappointed because the photos in the ad show lots of big bright flames but all I have are a few pale yellow flames toward the back of the unit. But I still really like it and it gives good heat.

Nice product but cosmetically flawed.
Super easy to assemble and heats very well. Unfortunately the doors were not manufactured evenly so it looks like it was broken which sucks for something you spend almost $200 on. About a half an inch off. Too bad because besides that it’s a nice product. Just looks off…

Cute and cozy
I bought this back in August as a decor piece. I like that you can choose to have the “fire†on without the heat. Now that’s it’s starting to get cold, I am using the heat setting. Puts out a decent amount of heat.
