This little thing is fire!!
I bought a couple of similar diffusers to try recently, including the NEWYID Essential Oil Diffuser and this item. I like both of them for different reasons, so I’ll compare them here a bit. The NEWYID is larger, more aesthetic in visual design, and has more features, including a remote control, timers, and more adjustments to the light and mist levels. So that is all to the good.On the other hand, this model is much more compact, so it’s very appropriate for a desktop, which is where I’m currently using it. It’s pretty quiet, and I like the noise it makes a little better than the other one. It’s a bit more smooth and less buzzy, if that makes sense. It provides just a touch of white noise without being too bothersome. And if you weren’t sitting right next to it, you wouldn’t notice the sound at all.Because it’s black, more of the light comes through the top outlet instead of through the cutouts in the front, and this makes the “flame†illusion a lot more realistic. The shape of the “flame†is more convincing as well, and it’s very visually warm and soothing to look at, although the mist itself is quite cool.And even though there are fewer modes, etc. than the other model, it’s a lot simpler to use, without a lot of buttons or the remote to hunt down and fuss around with. The buttons are much easier to see and understand, too. You get one mist level and two light levels (no timers), and for my purposes that works just fine for me. It runs for a long time (pretty much all day) on one filling, so I have no complaints about that.On the downside, the NEWYID allows for the top plastic bar that covers the lights to be removed while cleaning, while this one does not. That isn’t a huge deal, but being able to remove that bar makes it much easier to clean out the inside. It isn’t really a major problem so far, though. I just use a paper towel to wipe it out after every use. A soft bottle brush would also work very nicely.Also, for some reason when moving this model around, it seems to dribble a bit of water from the underside (even when mostly empty), but only while actually moving it. It doesn’t seem to leak at all otherwise. I just make sure it’s dry after refilling it and putting back on the desk.In general, I’ve been very pleased with this little diffuser. I’ve put oils in it once or twice and it worked well for that too, but I mostly just got it for humidity and for the fun flame effect (see video), and it’s performing wonderfully for that.If you have pets in the home, be cautioned that using some essential oils may harm them, so that’s just something to keep in mind. But otherwise, I think this is a great buy for a very reasonable price, and it’s lovely and useful even without any oils, so feel free to “fire†away!!

Ok. Very Short USB cord only!
This seems to work fine. It is rather small and does not have a regular plug it only has a very short USB cord so you’re limited where to plug-in. If you’re not right next to an outlet you’ll need to rethink where to plug in. A counter top works but if your other outlets are closer to the floor this cord won’t work.

Great quality of defusers, very Pleased
Perfect size for the bedroom. If you add several drops of essential oils to the defusers, you can relieve your daily fatigue and stress, improve sleep quality, moisturize your skin and bring you a pleasant and relaxing mood. The defusers essential oil produces a flame effect and looks so much cooler. It has two flame modes, a soft flame, and a violent flame. It works very quietly and doesn’t wake me or keep me awake as some have before. It will automatically shut down if there isn’t enough water, so it won’t burn out if it runs out and you are asleep or not at home.

Flipping Awesome
This thing is really quite cool. I wasn’t expecting it to work so well, to be honest. The “flame” bit is relaxing to stare at. I’m autistic and have mental illness, and I’ve been finding it helpful to be able to go back over to it and sort of zone out and reset (I’m home most of the time). I plan on gifting one to a couple of my friends this holiday season.

Wanted something that smells good on my desk but was more masculine then all the other oil diffusers. This fits the bill perfect size to get a good scent and looks awesome when doing night work. Cool little trick I did was connect it to my pc so when my pc goes to sleep when I’m done it automatically turns it off.
